Just because it's rocky and hard to break up, doesn't mean it is not cocaine HCL. Even so, why do you think crack would be more harmful snorted than regular cocaine? There is the standard argument that if it is crack, snorting will not be very effective due to the fact that crack is not water soluble. This last point will provide you the quickest way to determine if what you have is crack- drop some in some water- if it doesn't dissolve- most likley crack, if it does dissolve, most likely cocaine- this assumes you don't have much cut or just completely fake shit.
There are way's you can convert back to cocaine HCL if you so desire- search the archive. Otherwise, smoke the crack, or prep it for IV.
