Snorting 100 lines of K a day...

Ket, in small doses, keybumps and whatnot, is quite different than what you'd expect from a tranq. It's energizing, makes you want to dance, makes you very social, and everything is quite funny.

I <3 Ket, especially if it's accompanied by a bit of E, or better yet, E and a wee bit of phet :)
 
Never heard of it being sold in Limerick and most of my friends take drugs. One lad had a bit a few years ago alright but limerick is def not flooded with it.

I know plenty of people that get it in Limerick. Probably just a certain social circle.
 
I've noticed bladder issues from even moderate amounts taken regularly, but it's unfortunate that ignorance causes people to lose their bladders completely.

It really burns me that these news sources are making blanket statements discrediting ketamine use over these few cases of extreme abuse.

And ketamine is very popular in Ireland from what I can see and has been for the last five years. Definitely not associated with the gay community. It seems to be very much a middle-class/college student drug. I hear Limerick is full of it.

And what's the deal with ketamine anyway, why is it so socially-acceptable? From what I've heard it mostly just turns people into vegetables for a couple of hours and has no social purpose. At least with heroin I'm still able to string a sentence together if you can wait long enough.

Uh, I guess I haven't had much to say? I lurk a lot though. I'm pretty shy, as incongruent as that may seem on the internet.

I'm near and about Dublin and like I said, haven't come across it that often. My friends and most the people I've come across have been more into stims/psychs, I've only really come across ket in connection to a couple of older gay guys I know, and my prior impression of it has always been that it's a scene drug. Uh, I guess I'm more gay than I am a druggie I guess? Horses for courses I shpose.
 
Ket has always been popular in Glasgow in "techno" circles but over the past year or two its became huge in other circles

I never do it as a standalone drug, but I find a bump is really nice on the tail end of a few pills or some really nice acid or 2cb or some decent mushrooms

Along with some GHB of course :)
 
The people I know that take ket go to a rave/party or stay at home and take it and then just sit in the corner for a few hours.
 
Better control yourself then , that would always be a warning sign lol

It was better than that - pre-2003 you could order a kilo of K from chinese chemical companies for £170.

No, that wasn't the price most people were paying. Most people were paying the same or more than they pay now. There were just a few hardy souls ordering from china.

I did my share and my bladder feels fine. In fact I did my share, your share and his share.
