so if anyone has heard about Yellow Playboys and has been on pillreports..would know that they are mainly if not just pipez
I had taken these before maybe 3 months ago give or take and i had a good time i suppose but felt like jackshit fml the next day..so did everyone else that had them with me ahaa..

well anyways i have a party at my house and my buddy says that if he cruises on by hes got something 'special' for me
cool hope its some legit pills...nope same yellow playboys. He reassured me that these were the ones from LA and not around my area and not the same from the guy we had gotten the YPs from before.
anyways he has about 6 of these and starts crushing them up
popped my snorting cherry and fucking hell...as fine as you got the shit it was gnarly..but i guess i wouldnt know any different.

ANYWAYS the main question is..i will be getting some legit mdma (gonna test as well) from...somewhere overseas.
so since i basically just took bs pipez am i still within the safe time length to actually roll?
cause after doing about 5 1inch lines and then taking 2 pills and crushing then up divide into 1/3rds and parachuting it. thats all i did besides drink/smoke weed.

I guess i cant complain because i didnt pay for them this time.but they had me up for a solid 8 hours.tired as hell.
with such shit pills floating around i havent had a decent roll.
So would i still be fine to do about 150mg of mdma? in the coming weeks.2-4 weeks approx.

A great and brilliant Harm Reduction question this.

If you fuck this up MDMA mixed with Piperazine is one lethal coctail. This thread is a valuable lesson in Harm Reduction.


The issue comes from MDMA inhibiting the P450 Enzymes. These are the enzymes we rely on mainly in the liver to break down a lot of drugs. This process of breaking down is called (metabolizing)

To break down MDMA in our body we rely in particular on the CYP2D6 enzyme. Once MDMA is broken down it eventually becomes inactive and leaves your body.

MDMA is particularly dangerous because CYP2D6 enzyme is needed to break it down (ie make it safe) but unfortunately MDMA also INHIBITS the CYP2D6 enzyme.

It effectively strangles it and makes it less effective in breaking down certain drugs.

MDMA remains relatively safe if the MDMA dose is kept sensible ie circu 150mG. if this dose gets too high the inhibition of this enzyme starts to become problematic and you can toxicate yourself just by the MDMA over inhibiting its own breakdown.

Whilst you are on MDMA and you take other drugs this can be more of a problem if the other drug is also reliant on the CYP2D6 enzyme to break it down (or some of the other P450s). With the specific enzyme being inhibited by the MDMA the other drugs break down is also slowed down.


Now bring into the mix a piperazine.

Worse still this drug has similiar action to MDMA ie it inhibits the CYP2D6 enzyme and relies on CYP2D6 to be broken down. You mix this with MDMA and the enzyme gets inhibited in a slightly different way. It effectively receives a double hit. Whilst the enzyme is getting hammered in this way both MDMA and the relevant piperazine run riot on your body, you get toxicated by the drugs.

At best expect a come down from hell lasting 2 or 3 days. At worse a comedown lasting more than a year + with the most awful symptoms. Anxiety, memory loss, paranoia to name a few.

So -- To answer your question --

So would i still be fine to do about 150mg of mdma? in the coming weeks.2-4 weeks approx?

The enzymes from MDMA supposedly reach full functional recovery approx 1 week after taking MDMA subject to dose. There are many influences that will affect this time.

For a piperazine assume the worst and double the recovery time. Say the enzymes take 2 weeks for full recovery.

So your suggestion of 4 weeks would be a relatively safe bet.

In my opinion the MDMA is reasonably safe to take. Play it safe and keep the initial dose low and see how you feel. if its okay and you dont feel wired, dizzy or over heated take the 150mG dose.

Dont forget to the test the MDMA.


Piperazines cause inhibition of the P450s like MDMA. Some people can be fine with MDMA but can get very fucked up by piperazines alone.

I think it is because a piperazine is more toxic than MDMA. The inhibiting of itself seems to have a more dramatic effect. I dont know if its the toxicity of the drug or the way it inhibits the enzyme.

Either way I beleive Piperazines are a nasty drug and should be avoided at all cost.

There is strong debate that the CYP2D6 enzyme is not the problematic enzyme and it might be caused by another. The reason for this debate is because most of the tests on these enzymes are carried out on animals and as a result would be different for humans. Which ever P450 enzyme is at play the principles of breakdown and inhibition remain the same.

For future reference please avoid piperazines my friend.

One more thing I noticed you said you were railing pills. This is also not the best idea. main reason being is the pills contain Binder, Filler and dye chemicals. Also certain processes of MDMA itself leave nasty acids on the crystals.

For true safety railing MDMA is bad practice pills are the worst of the lot for the reasons explained. Over time you will vapourise your nasal cavity.

yeah i dont plan on snorting anything for quite a long time..just not my cup of tea
the mdma i would be taking is around 150mg so thats about the cutoff for safety
id probably do 100mg first..then the rest 30-45 minutes later

I had a similarly painful experience on my 16th birthday back in 2008 after snorting a pipe. They burn with the heat of a thousand suns and can definitely ruin your night. Test kits are your best option but for future reference you can always lick the e pill in question with the tip of your tongue. Pipes taste extremely sweet and sour (similar to the american candy sweet tarts) and will turn your mouth numb wherever the pill contacted. Mdma pills should taste extremely bitter and have no sweet or sour notes at all. Though this won't properly identify if your pill contains any mdma it can positively identify a pipe; if your pills taste anything other than bitter throw them straight into the trashcan!
