Stimulants Snorted 20 mg of adderal xr at 9:00 at night, tips on how to fall asleep tonight?

I have 2 big finals tomorrow and i lost all motivation to study and was ready to go to bed, so stupidly i crushed and snorted 20 mg of adderal xr hoping to wake me up. well it did after 5 minutes i felt very jittery and ready to study! however I really need to get some sleep tonight as well ( i have been sleep deprived for the past 2 days) so im wondering what could help me fall asleep? I have a pill of propoxyphene and 5 mg of valium but i dont think this will do too much to help the cause... any ideas? or am i completely screwed?
 
You can try the valium and darvocet but you kind of screwed yourself. I'd wait four to six hours and take the darvs ans valium and take some diphenhydramine if you have any. If not I'd go buy some dph or doxylamine and hope that it will help you sleep.

Don't get your hopes up though especially since you took the amphetamines so late. However the good news is that snorted amps last shorter, and your body is sleep deprived so hopefully those two factors help you sleep.

You are definitely going to feel like shit when you wake up and staying up for three nights straight definitely hinders your ability to function. Next time study in advance and don't stay up for days on end
