  • 251 miles
  • 4 hours 30 mins
It's in Dumfries & Galloway.

And that's with no pee stops. You need to carry a lot of kit in, think of it semi camping / glamping kinda thing. But boy worth it %) I'll PM you the link, when I can face my inbox which is currently scaring me. Hey why aren't we on FB - all info on there.... <3

ps - nae drug chat on FB :|:sus::|

That's not a bad trek actually, I wouldn't mind that if I could share the driving! Yes get me on FB, I assume we have people in common? Don't worry mine is drug free and mostly pictures of ridiculous animals :D

Evey, I never actually noticed that, perhaps a name change is in order!

More snoo in the form of speaking to the missus' nan on the phone for a bit, she's absolutely hilarious and reminds me a lot of my mum's mum <3

Watched a fox cross the road and come to a stop in front of me, sizing me up while I said hello in a silly voice. The fox looked all quizzical, then continued on its way.

I don't see enough foxes. If I were to see one every day it wouldn't be enough, come to think of it.

Urban foxes get a bad reputation. Wee shame they're just trying to survive like the rest of us (wait until I get chickens, then I'll soon change my tune lol). We have them skirting aboot here too in the town centre - eating left over donners n' kebabs poor sods. Been a while since I seen one here mind. Used to see them all the time at my old work place, they were a bit mangy there.

Seen one on Isle Mull last year - huge boy, very healthy. I was actually quite scared! It was moochin aboot the campsite.

Lovely creatures. Nice Snoo <3

This one was beautiful. I thought it was a dog at first.

I used to get told off for my late-night bonding with the foxes. Yeah, by A***. As romantic as a wet Tuesday afternoon in Grimsby, that girl.

Shall I bring me pick and me shovel too?

No, today you visit as a free man. I will liberate you. Now you no longer need to use the name I gave you, Sammy G, and chose your own.

I see the odd fox. There was one in the garden just before Christmas. Unfortunately, I mostly see them dead on the road.

These orange flashes are the only evidence of Mr Fox from Mull. This took me about 20 minutes to find, bah:

That looks literally medieval. You'd need to be a very hardy soul to do that in the Winter imo, although the log burner would obviosuly become a large part of the pleasure of the whole experience. I think if i was to try that kind of experience I'd go for the soft mid-summer option. At least currently anyway.

If i get my physical fitness and resilience fully back again I might then try the winter option. Ive been so physically lazy these last few years, must have lost about 70% of my fitness, gonna try and work on that this year, it could very well boost my mood, confidence & mental health too if i fully regain my physical well being.

Im not ill or sickly or anything, just lacking in get up and go and feeling de-motivated, lethargic and lazy quite a lot, compared to how i remember feeling previously.

that looks just like the sort of thing i could do with taking at the moment

Nonsense. That photo (not ours) looks more hardcore than it is.

This is the reality. Your biggest anxiety is running out of tealights. :D

Bought a deleted hardback from a hospice sale, via Amazon. Paid £10.45, as the condition was listed as 'acceptable'.

It arrived today. Save for a nick in the dust jacket, it's perfect. Perfect editions go for close to a grand.
