Sniffing Hydromorph contin

I've been noticing a slight pain in my chest for a little while now.

From crushing and sniffing, What are the health effects?

Well you're inhaling quite a bit of powder, which isn't good for the sinuses, and if / when it goes to the lungs, that's also not terribly good for you either...

Hydromorphone (Dilaudid) is a pretty heavy opiate, careful with it please! Sorry I don't have a better answer than the obvious, but good luck!
