yeah i barely could have wait to buy weed today and i did bought some, but i have some bad cold and i dont feel that good. do you think it will make me feel better if i smoke some? or i better not, maybe the weed will make me more powerless and not help much?

you might feel better for a little while but you probably wont feel better tomorrow. smoking anything is bad enough for your immune system, but smoking when you are already sick will only make it worse.

The smoke will probably feel real harsh. Well it does for me cause I always have a sore throat bad when I'm sick. I know I probably shouldn't smoke but I end up anyway. It does make me feel better, maybe wake me up some, and it feels nice to rest later. You might get anyone you share a pipe with sick though!

make some cannacookies/spaced choc mudcake or whatever, and eat them and get wasted without affecting your throat/lungs/nose too much from smoking the products.

im sick too, and i keep on smoking. helps. really do.
maybe you should eat some.
or smoke a couple of bowls first. then see how ya' feeling. if you feel not so good, then just cook it

i was sick last week with a sore throat, stuffy nose, and cough all together, and man it really sucked getting high. the thing i hated the worst was that my nose got stuffier, and it just intensified the cold.

Don't smoke when your sick the the common cold. The symptoms (runny nose, sore throat ect) are actually your body fighting the virus. smoking will only lower your immune system and take the body longer to fight the virus.

heh, it depends on whether you wanna save that bud for when you DONT feel like shit... if you arent in any real need to save anything, id recomend smoking it... it may or may not make you feel better or worse, but hey, youll be stoned.... keep in mind, i love weed, ill light up almost any chance i get, sick, hurt, whatever... i once sliced my finger to the bone with my big knife, and when i got to the bathroom to bandage myself up, and i forgot the cut, smoked a bowl, then fixed it.... but yea, maybe thats just me.....

I have a bad cough/Stuffed up nose and have for a while. I find that when I take a ride on the Cheeba Train, these things get better. It's not a permanent solution, but hey, all the more reason to get higher!

i have a terrible cold right now and i can't get high. i tried smoking weed several times and i dont get at all high. some of my symtoms are relieved but others feel intensified, i get some some weed effects like the munchies and sensory enhancement but i dont get high. my friends all say that they get high when they're sick. what about you guys?

I know what you mean - I kind of get drowsy and more sick almost 
But that usually only lasts a day or two while the main badness of the disease is going on. Should get better soon

^same here If i got a bad cold it never goes away. It only gets worse. The thing that pisses me off is when you pass around the peace some always ends up getting you sick, or vice versa.

I've noticed that when I have a cold if I continue to toke, it hangs on a lot longer than it maybe should..
I could never decided it that was real, or all in my head however.
I usually feel even worse if I toke, seems to bring out the symptoms more.. Makes it for a pretty miserable high. Either that, or I'm just a wuss when I'm sick. *shrugs*
