Smoking scorpions…..

Ok, If someone told me about this, I would scoff at them, possibly smack them. . But on ABC talk radio, which is blaring from the guys desk who sits next to me, they said that there are people who smoke scorpions. I am not kidding. I heard a little bit of what the guy was saying and began to listen. What I caught was,
“him and his friends usually sit around and get a high more potent then heroin, by smoking scorpions.“
I don’t know if this was a joke brought to the radio show, but it was broadcasted. I just want to know who looked at a scorpion, and thought:
“What a mystic creature. As demonic looking as the deadly stinger it holds. Let’s smoke it. “
Has anyone else heard of this?
I almost feel like an idiot for posting this, but I did hear this over radio.
 
i highly highly highly doubt it...
and hearing something from the radio doesnt exactly make it any more credible... oftentimes less.
 
scorpion kind of sounds like opium...errrr scorpion-opium, scorpion-opium, taliban-towel head opium smokers. samething

Someone posted a thread on a 'brand' of fentanyl called Scorpion a few days ago in this forum.
 
I seemed to have notice, that most psychoactives, are toxins, admisterd in lower doses then they are fatal, scorpions carry a toxins, so maybe, just maybe, its toxin has psychoactive properties when administered a ceritan way, ei, when a socorpion stings you, it travels throug you blood, and poisons, your nuerological system as well as your organs, if you eat, scorpion vonom I dunno what happens, if you smoke it, well you might just happen to get high. Same thing with Belladona, Duatra, DOB etc, if you exeede the normal dose just a lil you might die, a painfull and agonizing death, but at lower levels, you tripp.

Most pschoactives are not toxins. A lot of them found in nature have toxins along with them but can be extracted and seperated from the posion.
 
i think the spaceheads in the Psychedilics form will be more clued up in this kinda shit.
though you wanna be careful not to influence all the idiots there, as 50% of the posts there are 'very-dumb' while 48% are merely 'dumb'.
but then if id seen this posted there i wood have probably dismissed it quicker

I still feel like an idiot for posting this.
I'll probably feel worse standing outside the pet store waiting for my next fix.
I seached a couple of drug related websites and nothing. I even checked ABC.net for info. Nothing. I'm going to try to catch the number of the radio show tomorrow and inquire about the story. For research of course, not because I want a legal high that I can grow in my house.

Here it talks about grinding them up and smoking them:

I dunno what to make of it really - maybe it contains DMT?
 
That's odd. I remember a post talking about "SCORPIAN" (spelled wrong) heroin, which I believe was fentanyl, and had a scorpion on the package. It was presealed and professional looking. But I guess after reading that above post, maybe people do smoke scorpions. Idiots....

Hey, that was me! I smoked scorpion! I think thats what they mean because the drug was obviously mass produced. And, it was not spelled wrong on the package, I spelled it wrong on the post. Inside the sealed plastic was a wrapper with the word scorpion and a stencilly picture of one. It was supposed to be fentanyl, I believe it was. Good stuff smoked but better injected, of course.
 
wait a minute... After my post I read that article... there smoking the actual creature? Thats whack. I hope I didn't mainline ground scorpion stingers!!!! hahaha
