Opioids Smoking opium - how to with my equipment?

Alright guys.

I've got a gram of opium. I also have a glass pipe and tobacco.

Would it be possible to smoke opium (And efficient) via this method?

1) Small layer of tobacco on bottom of screen/bowl, then a small (How much for 1 hit, for someone with no tolerance?) then a bit more tobacco on the top, and just lick the tobacco with flame until it is burning, thus vaporizing the opium?

Also, could I save the bottom layer of opium-soaked tobacco?

Also, would this be pleasurable while on speed (Just amphetamine, not methamphetamine, UK Base) to smoke?

Also, would it be possible to pack a full bowl (Rather large bowl) with tobbaco and mix maybe matchstick sized balls throughout the mix and smoke it all through slowly?

could you give me tip on the doseage?

we can't really give you an accurate dosage, start very small and work your way up. only you know your personal limits.
the method you've mentioned will work, but you have the possibility of wasting a large portion of your opium, as it is best kept away from a direct flame.

Would a sensible place to start be a matchhead sized blob?

Also, how big is a gram of opium?

Also, can you tell me a more effiient way I could do it with the stuff I've got?

Wouldn't it be more effective to chase your opium on foil?

You place the opium on one corner of some foil, and apply heat ( a flame) from below, whilst tilting the foil and allowing it to run along the foil, you inhale the smoke with a rolled up tube of foil known as a "toot". Ensure you don't burn your drugs, you just want it to let off the vapour and run nicely.

I gather this will work with opium, I have only done this with heroin myself, someone more versed in opium may be able to help more.

Vaporizing off of foil is going to be your best bet in terms of efficacy. You can adjust the amount of heat/flame just enough to produce vapor, not enough to combust. This type of control is hard or impossible to attain if you're smoking out of a regular spoon pipe, especially so if you mix it with tobacco.

Opium only caught fire (no pun intended) in east Asia when the practice of smoking it with tobacco really caught on, so it must work, again, you're probably gonna sacrifice a lot of your opium pursuing this method.

And kudos to you OP in procuring real opium. In the United States, Opium only exists in stories of people who "definitely had the real thing" and as shoe polish rolled into attrative, gram sized balls.
