Smoking Medical Marijuana

HAHAHAHA this reminds me of a few weeks ago. I skipped school with like 5 friends and went to a local park by my school. a friend had a bong and a bottle of water in his backpack. We took down a LIBERAL election sign and sat in the middle of the field, rolled joints and backed bong bowls on that liberal sign in the middle of the park. Wonder what bypassers were thinking, who cares?

Actually, the paperwork I was given along with my MMJ card, specifically lays out the law.
#1 DO NOT SHARE with non-patients; that is grounds to revoke your MMJ card. You can smoke it with other patients.
#2 Smoke it ONLY at home, inside, away from children.
#3 Don't smoke & drive, automatic DUI.
#4 Don't grow more than 6 adult, or 8 immature plants; varies from county to county.
#5 Carry your original papers, whenever you donate to a dispensary, and I can't recall how many ounces we're allowed; I don't get more than one ounce at a time, but our transporters are allowed more, from the growers.

That should help you understand the CA law a little better. I don't smoke it normally - I eat it, for the analgesic effect.

I'm just saying, I would only toke publicly in a place where there was local documented legal precedent for public consumption being tolerated, and I was hardly the only one openly doing it. I say don't be a hero and cause yourself unnecessary difficulty.

Good wisdom here. Weed is fairly well "legal" in California, but, only once have I ever smoked in public - and that was on Venice Beach, perhaps one of the most weed tolerant places in the world. Even so, if a person notifies the authorities, at least in the United States, they can stop you and harass you.

The harassment isn't worth the effort.

Or you can do what my overly drug generous friend does at the drive thru window...which is, if the cashier looks like anyone besides a manager, he tells them to hold out their hand and drops a nug of kush. This is so priceless and stupid all at once.

makes for some happy mcD employees though.

Jesus, those Mickey Dee folks better hook it up with like 10 pies for some straight kush. :D

Dang, so you can grow too? Shit, pick me up like a pound of that pure medical. :!

God, you would be sooooo done.

my advice would be, if you find it necessary to have a toke when your in public, just roll some joints and or spliffs, whatever, and smoke them, if its your prescribed medicine, i dont see how they could get you in trouble, then again im not from where you are so i could be wrong. Just be descrete and try not to cause yourself any unwanted attention. even if you are being harmless and not bothering anyone, the police and media could turn "people smoking prescribed marijuana in public" to something along the lines of "Medical marijuana, are the users out of control smoking in public". just be smart, and dont whip out a bong or something, keep to rolleys

I live in cali. If you get caught by authorities be prepared for some harassment. My buddy has his card and me and him were tokin up in his car by my house. Stupid of me, it was 2 am. Anyways, cop stops us, car is fuckin hot boxd and when he opens it he has to jump back. He hella harrassed my friend but i knew he couldnt do anything. The most they will do is try and get your card taken away if you have one. I dont know about not having one, I could only imagine. This state is in economical crisis right now. Just got two tickets for driving 70 at a 65 and having my music too loud when it wasnt even loud... I have a fuckin scion xa with no system... wtf? But, i realize the OP is talking about a card so you should be fine. :D
