No before you tell me i cant get high by smoking hemp, thats not what im trying to do.I've read hemp has a high cbd content, so would it be possible to use hemp or hemp oil?

Hemp is usually from cannabis ruderalis, which has pretty much no psychoactive properties at all.
Hemp is made from the fibers of stems from weed plants, and is used to make rope and clothing. So no. Unless you like smoking wood/fiber, dont even think about it

You can, it just won't do much of anything at all for you, it's not psychoactive. in the MEGA FAQ
