Opioids Smoking Fentanyl

I've been smoking fentanyl for a few months. I've noticed after your gel evaporates you are left with some black gunk in the tin foil. If you continue to smoke this it puts off some smoke. After inhaling that smoke I get a really really big rush and then I get real dizzy almost to the point of passing out. I try to avoid doing this but it gets me higher than smoking the fresh gel. Does anybody know why this is and has it happened to you?

I used to smoked fent all the time. The gell vaporizes off foil and a lot of what the gells is doing at first is "boiling" off the "moisture/ water" thats its made of. Then that black shit is more of the gel burning and probably more fent is coming out of the back burnt shit than the initial "boiling" of the gel. Try smoking smaller "hits" of the gel so that each blob you smoke is about 1 full hit.

i smoked it a couple of times and when it got to the black stage I never smoked it cause it tasted nasty... i never really liked smoking it... i just wear my patches, and then stick the used ones on the inside of my cheek for a couple of hours, but be careful doing that cause I tend to fall asleep and the other day I woke up with one almost into my throat!

hi can you give me some advise im soon i think going to get a script for fentanyl i hope for the arthritis in my knee, and cos im a H user i want to get the most out of the fent how do i smoke it i have read your last post so do you just put patch on the foil or wat any tips sill be appreciated cheers

Well I was smoking the GEL out of the sandoz/duragesic patches....I just made a tiny pin hole on the corner/edge of the patch and squezzed the gel out in (small) blobs onto foil....I usually fold the foil so when I open it, the foil has lines like a grid so I can locate where I put the blobs of gel because the gel is clear and hard to see on the foil.......If you have the patches that dont have the gel I would just cut them in pieces/ strips and put them inside your cheek in your mouth.

its more of a physical analgesia than a mental euphoria. its almost like they designed fentanyl to be a super powerful opioid without as much mental effects and more physical. a lot of people od on fent because they are lookin for a high thats not there and they keep tryin till they od

Well, it's an opiate high so it's somewhat like heroin. I don't find it to be quite as euphoric as heroin though. You definitely can get a nod at the right dose. Probably some of the hardest nods I've ever gotten were from smoking fent patches back before i started doing H. Be careful though, it is very potent. I used to get wayyyy too fucked up on it for my own good sometimes, to the point where i couldn't even see straight, or manage to keep my head up. If you're going to be smoking it take 1-2 hits and wait to see how you feel. It kicks in pretty quick after you take a hit, like literally 10-15 seconds, but it seems to keep hitting you for the next 10 minutes or so. If you keep hitting it you might end up doing too much, and puking or worse overdosing. I puked many times when i used to abuse fentanyl patches and in all honesty it's a miracle I never OD'd because I was pretty dumb about it when i used to do it. I was very young and naive at the time, don't make the same mistakes i did.

just from my experience, and with fentanyl its limited but, if you have black gunk at the end of your hit, you are burning it to badly. you are holding the flame way to close and too long and more than likely burning most of the fentanyl off and not even getting a good hit. take the flame and barely touch it to the foil and run it udner with out letting it sit under the foil (side to side motion) you will notice the gel move and hear it, what have you, just make sure you keep on top of it and get a good hit.

if you arent farmiliar with fent, my advice is not to dive into it. it is a serious chemical with serious and sometimes lethal effects. as for the high its more noddy and heavy than H (less euphoria) and last a hell of alot shorter than H.
