Opioids Smoking Dillies?

I would never waste one of my Dilaudids that way personally, of course I didn't think they were worth a damn until I IV'd one. WOW..... is all I can say. I AM NOT ENCOURAGING ANYONE TO PICK UP THE NEEDLE WHO HASN'T ALREADY DONE SO. It's a slippery slope as many of us here at Bluelight can testify to.

Back to your question. There are many fillers & binding agents in pharmaceutical pills that would be very dangerous to inhale into your lungs. There is also a finite temperature for different opiates as at which point they begin to break down. I'm not sure of the specific temperature that hydromorphone begins to be destroyed, but I'm fairly certain that it's below that at which the pill will begin to combust. People do smoke heroine and opium, however for this to be effective, they are actually vaporizing it as opposed to burning it. This takes some considerable practice, and anyone who has ever tried to smoke anything, be it meth, heroine, etc. on foil has accidentally burned some up & wasted it in the learning process.

So, no I would not recommend trying to smoke a Dilaudid.

Yes you can smokethem.Stick them on the foil and heat. Just dont tilt the foil to much cause the bouncearound like ahockey puck. I personaly didnt like doing it as the taste wasnt great. I would suggest just snorting it. Unless you iv.
 
Well I just tried it. Didnt break off a chunk, instead I busted it all up into powder as if to rail it. I placed a small bump sized ammount of powder onto some foil and lit it from underneath The whole pile vapourized almost instantly leaving virtually no residue behind. Sucked up the smoke through a straw. I have to say, it worked very, very well. Im quite high off a tiny amount, whereas I'd normally have to blow at least 2 8's to feel something. Im quite impressed with the results.
 
I think the dangers of IVing outweigh the dangers of burned binders. Dilaudid is mostly lactose, which is what alot of street drugs are cut with.

I've never smoked dilaudid, but smoking oxycodone works, thought the high is more intense than snorting it doesn't last that long.
