Could anyone please tell me the best way or any other way of smoking crank other than foil, glass roses lightbulbs or cigar tubes thanx.

Your looking for us to tell you other ways of smoking something? Anyway that heats it and gets the vapour to your mouth/nose will work.
Putting it in a pan on the stove and putting a towel over your head and the pan would probably work (though not very well). Personally I have tried using the bottom of glass weed pipes (pushing it down past the hole in the bottom of the bowl covering the bowl with take and pulling through the carb while directly heating the glass on the bottom). Can't really give you much of an efficacy rating on that compared to the traditional means.
 
Theoretically, most drugs take roughly 3x as long to absorb orally(on an empty stomach) than when snorted(assuming it isn't cut up, which delays absorbtion time). So I would say that if your standard dose is 50mg(of pure MA) snorted, then start with 100, just to be on the safe side. 150mg sounds more appropriate though. Again, I said MOST drugs. I have never taken meth orally so don't take my word for it... I'm sure fairnymph will be jumping into the conversation pretty soon to give you a definitive answer.
 
This reply is about smoking the meth. The most preffered way to make your own "meth pipe" ( I call it a pizzo) is to buy one of the little glass air fresheners ( trade name "Tribal Scents") from a liquor store, usually available at the front counter ($1.75 in socal). You will need access to a propane blow-torch ( $14.00). Empty the smelly liquid from the tube and remove the ball of felt. Clean the tube thoroughly with water and let it dry. Screw the plastic lid back on the glass tube. You have now completely sealed the tube and are ready to heat it. Set the blow torch on medium and very gradually heat the bottom ( glass only ) end of the tube, using the plastic cap as a handle, and be careful to keep the handle as far below and away from the flame as possible. Don't heat the end of the pizzo to rapidly or the glass will crack. Keep a constant turning motion so you get an even heat around the entire tube. Eventually, the trapped air in the tube will expand, while the heated portion of the glass will soften and swell to accomodate the air. When you hear it pop, you have a hole, therefore a pizzo.
The old method was to blow into the tube while heating it, but this caused lame looking and sometimes ineffective pizzos, and also brought my face dangerously close to the flame. WARNING!!! This method of dope-pipe making may cause an involuntary interest in the art of glass blowing. It did for me, but I was up for the next twelve hours with nothing else to do.
