How long is the high of smoked fetanyl as opposed to an oral ROA?

The high would be much shorter but stronger. I would say peak effects would last 20-60 minutes, depending on tolerance.

When I tried fent I had quite a low tollerance as had not taken many opioids for about a year. It was quite intense but as psychopath said it didn't last ling at all, it peaked for around 30 - 40 minutes for me and I then came down fast. Nice though while high.

I agree. Peak effects 20 mins ish, high for another 20 mins ish then quickly fades away was my experience.

Be caueful with fentanyl peeps - it is a very potent opiate and not something to be taken lightly!
