smokeable amphetamine

Hi, i was wondering if i had amphetamine powder,how would i make it smokable ? my brother said 4pts apmh.,1pt. baking soda ,a few drops of water stir untill its goey & heat it on tin foil a bit, stir every few secs.he said in the end it will be a goo ball, is this right? if not how do make it freebase or smokable? thanks in advance

Just smoke the powder. You do not need to 'freebase' amphetamine -- freebase amphetamine is NOT a powder, anways -- it is an oil.
