Small injections of naltrexone increase opiate sensitivity

In this weeks edition of New Scientist, there is a study done with lab rats finding that a very small injection of Naltrexone effectivly whipes out 90% of the tolorance to morphine, rather than blocking the effects as with a large dose.
The article is problably available online at www.newscientist.com but I would have to do some register thing so I didn't bother.
 
This is really interesting. But we need to see the actual study (and I can't find it on new scientist no search function). Are these already tolerant rates given an injection of morphine and naltrexone simultaneously? Or maybe naltrexone first and then morphine. If it is the latter case no big deal we know that if you keep someone dossed with opiate antagonists they lose tolerance quite quickly....but of course go through withdrawal.
Or do they start these rates out with the naltrexone and morphine combo?
Moreover does this actually occur in a reasonable sense (I once saw a study saying more effect was found from very small morphine doses than large ones but no one on bluelight is going around injecting micro grams of heroin and getting high off their ass)?
 
That is very interesting...one ? are you sure it was naltrexone(trexan/revia) and not naloxone(narcan) i remember research lie that with narcan several years ago
