Using my available 6-8mg klonopin a day and know now as I do that hydroxyline/cimetidine help can I take a lot less painfully can I taper off xanax and get my tramadol use down to 6 a day.
Hydroxyline helps me use less benzo more thn the tramadol and cimetidine lets me lower the 60mg of Ritalin I use [which of course can cause anxiety as can higher 20-25 tramadol a day.
I use mirtazapine as my anti-d at a low 15mg dose ,I have lots of trazadone which taken at 25mg in the day with 5mg to 10mg of ritalin can ease things even though it gives no high alone.
One step at a time ,I want to get off the xanax using the clona so I could slow taper or swop the xanax to valium 5mg which is alot weaker obviously. but longer acting.
Should I complete the xanax WD before lowering my tramadol intake or tackle them both very slowly.
As said not aiming to get off trammy as yet but just lower it but xanax as with any fast acting benzo is destroying my willpower for everything.
