8( I tested some pills(green h's) and the liquid didn't turn black right away? What does this mean? It took at least a minute until it turned purpleish black, the pills taste bitter. What is supposed to turn black? the liquid or the particles

thanx

The liquid as the particles get dissolved. There could be a few reason why a slow reaction.

1. Not enough of the sustance is being used - or your sample is very weak.
2. The active substance is bound together by binders that take a while to break down.
3. Temperature of the reagant.
4. The age of the tester

Nevermind I didn't scrape enough off my pill, I retested it and it hit black almost immeditately, my pillz are good to go, aright I gotta go roll b4 college starts!
