Slip

[The Forsaken]

Hope and words slip into the unknown abyss that surround me in this cool world. I will always look into the past because I feel that I had a better chance then or least I sit and hope I did.I walk into the orange sunset my skin turns to a bright yellow glow. The warmth and light shine into my soul and I can feel the earth start to move between my toes. I am slowly being burried in my passing dreams. I am hurting and bleeding in my mind. My heart feels empty becasue I loved her too much and didn't save some for someone else. I just want to lay down beside her and she can hold me in her arms. She can protect me from all this pain that rips my heart in two. I will love her 'til the end of this life and into the next. Someday reality and fantasy will collide and become tomorrow.
