sleepness nights have tried everything from...

I know what everyone is going to say to this post, but I'll say it anyway:

ProSom used on occaision...I have the same issue, and that drug literally did wonders. Would take 2mg, wait an hour, not feel any sort of high, and get to sleep in 5 minutes. Then I felt very rested just after a 5-6 hour sleep, when I never wake up rested.

If you have to resort to benzodiazepines though, I would suggest trying to use a thienodiazepine (benzodiazepine derivative) (Zyprexa is one, but it acts as an anti-psychotic). They have a lower decrease of REM sleep, than benzos.

But no, you have not tried EVERYTHING out there, there is much more to try, but I can't guarantee it will help lol. 60mg Geodon worked when 300mg Seroquel didn't for me, and now it's the opposite, though I rarely take those ever, as I'd rather try to sleep on 150mg of trazadone (I hate both types of drugs, but I'll take the SARI as the lesser of the two evils).

OP hasn't answered (from a quick read-through) at all but I'll go ahead and post, since this thread is so rife with ideas and information. There are literally tens (if not more) of medicines that can legitimately be used for sleep. Every anti-psychotic, every benzodiazepine, every TCA, every barbiturate (these are truly last line), and most atypical antidepressants can be used for sleep, though some are clearly superior to to others in terms of affecting sleep architecture and side effects in general, and depending on whether you have trouble staying asleep or getting to sleep as well as personal chemistry, therefore varying efficacy not necessarily delineated by the statistics.

sorry for not answering umm lets see, Ive tried remeron, but i was around 10-13 years old, it felt great, the downfall was it made me eat like a viking after he takes total control of an innocent village. Seroquel ko'ed me but it wouldnt relax me ad id have to take up to 600mg and im no schizo..I was tired of serouel, i couldnt think, my nose was always stopped up, i could always feel my heart beat, and with my level of panick, it was just not a good pill to be taking. Like one poster said warm baths are out of the question, my body tempurature will be too high and i already have heat issues. If Im ever able to sleep, i get nightmares and i clinch my teeth, i almose knocked one out the other day to im too scared to sleep now! :(

I'm no doctor but it sounds like you are in quite the quandary. What you probably need to do is integrate psychosomatic habits and multiple sleep medications into one. I understand that your heart is of concern but I'd like to point out that sleep is absolutely necessary in order to function; if you can't sleep, then you have serious serious problems...a lot more serious than overeating or a clogged up nose. You need to take what works for sleep and worry about secondary problems as they come.

yah thats what my doctor said but, the hangover from the seroquel is so intense i cant function during the day, idk how to explain it
