I recently posted a thread about having some sleeping problems because I hadn't gone to sleep sober for more than 1 or 2 days in a row in months. That changed, and I was able to sleep normally (sober) again. However, I realized that the first and second days that I go to sleep sober after rolling (which is probably 2 or 3 days after the roll - I generally take xanax to cope with the recovery for a few days after) I have the worst time ever. Sometimes I am unable to go to sleep until 4 or 5 in the morning, when usually I'm able to go to sleep by 1. I get some anxious rushes when my mind starts "switching off" that jerk me awake. Melatonin is usually ineffective in these cases. I definitely think it's from rolling... Has anyone else ever experienced this??
