I always find it hard to sleep after a dxm trip or during the comedown. I have mirtazapine, xanax, melatonin, and benadryl on hand. Are any of these, besides the melatonin, safe to use while coming down from a dxm trip? I'm worried about serotonin syndrome with mirtazapine, respiratory depression with xanax, and I know that diphenhydramine is used to potentiate dxm. And out of curiousity, what drug (in your opinion) is best for sleeping after dxm? Thanks :D
