Good day.

It's been a while sincei lastposted on bluelght, however I recently came up with some LSA analogs.

I'm appealing to you ADD people because i need some opinions from someone who has an extensive knowledge about pharmacology/pharmcokinetics.

After reading a few entries on TIHKAL and Wikipedia about ergoline derivates I couldnt keep myself from coming up with some theoretical Acids:

Some of them seem metabolically unstable (especialythe first one) and/or potentially harmful but i can't say nothing for sure so I would be pleased if anybody is kind enough to share their opinion/critics on theese molecules:

Greetings!

WRT to hallucinogenic activity:

1 alkyl substitution on ergolines reduces the activity 10 fold see MLD vs LSD.
this trend is almost certain to continue with 1-ethyl ergolines, the only one with the slightest chance of activity is in the middle of the top row, though the dose is likely to be measured in 10's of mgs where other side effects will be prominent.
in short forget 1-ethyl ergolines.

6-Nor ergolines are inactive so forget number 1 because the 6 acetyl will cleave even if you somehow came up with a way to make the diacyl amide.

By the way one of the substances listed above exept for an ethyl group instead of a methyl group has been proven to be psychologically active.

Ever heard of Eth-LAD?

I don't know what you mean; Eth-LAD has no 1-alkyl substitutent, and like vecktor has already said, 1-alkyl subs abolish activity, so none of these will be active, much less appealing.
