I Googled it and it mainly says to avoid grapefruit juice, which Hawaiian Punch doesn’t contain but it does have other juices/ingredients in it so I figured it’s best to ask first, Im not willing to travel with it in the regular bottles ( it’s not in my name) and figure it’ll be easily overlooked if it’s in a cooler with a 6 pack of Hawaiian Punch and some waters? Here’s a list of it’s ingredients;;

“The core ingredients for Hawaiian Punch Fruit Juicy Red include water, high fructose corn syrup, and a blend of less than 2% fruit juices/purees (apple, pineapple, passionfruit, orange, apricot, papaya, guava). It is colored with Red 40 and Blue 1, preserved with potassium sorbate and sodium hexametaphosphate, and sweetened further with sucralose.”

Thank you in advance 🙏🙏🙏

Haha, this is a good one. The type of juice you´re describing is not actual fruit juice per se. It uses a concentrate that is only a very small percentage of the actual drink. You would need to actually get Grapefruit and consume a decent amount of it for the enzyme-modulating effects to come into play. Grapefruit and similar fruits contain Flavonoids that cause inhibition of the enzymes responsible for metabolizing/eliminating Methadone. I´ve read that you really only get the true effect by consuming Grapefruit consistently for a few days. I have never spoken to someone who took Grapefruit with Methadone who told me it just totally rocked them. In most cases, people have a hard time actually saying definitively if there is a subjective difference in effect. In short, yes Grapefruit can affect drug metabolism, but it´s typically not severe.

Furthermore, your juice barely contains any juice at all. It is also likely that a concentrate like that would lose much of its potency in this regard. In short, there is no issue with you doing this. Good luck.

Thank you Sir,,,👍👍👍 Im not a Hawaiian Punch or fruit punch person ,I haven’t drank it since being a kid ,it used to be to come steel cans back in the day,(1970’s) , the only reason I picked it was because of the color,,, I just don’t wanna be one of those folks that “ go on vacation and leave on probation “…

I just don’t wanna ruin the methadone which will basically ruin the vacation, some states don’t play when it comes to drugs even if it is in personal use amounts,Thank you very much for the info…Im actually a fan of Arizona Sweet Tea👍👍
