Simple capsule question

Ive purchased some empty caps to weigh out and make my caps of mdma. However, i did get a fairly large cap size 1 i believe. To the eye theres very little mdma in the entire cap (however i know its 100mg+) Does the larger cap reduce how much of the drug is gonna be released? Or does the cap size matter at all?

The cap size doesn't matter at all (other then a smaller cap would be easier to swallow) as when it hits your stomach it will be broken down in moments.
