sometimes i wander
if it is possible to
stare into the stars
and for time to stand still.
locked in eternal thought
if only i could stare
and dream forever
that the sun will not rise.
as they happyness i feel
in this moment
will never dissipate
and that maybe one
day i can share it with
another, as we look
to the skies in awe
and think.
to join with another,
to love so passionately the moment
is all i dream for.
a period in which
the earth does not spin.
and time stands still;
just for us.
an eternal moment, while all can cease
the soft warm breeze may
kiss my face
trees can whisper comforts
far galaxies can feel like home
and
distant memories may breath again.
