Should we return to nature?

I enjoyed your post Tantric. Did't realize Wisteria was invasive round your parts. Here's a picture of the beautiful wisteria tree in my back yard.

Sometimes "returning to nature" is as simple as just leaving all of your electronic devices at home and going for a bush walk

Or stripping off and going for a swim

It's surprisingly easy to return to nature if you can just show some initiative and practice mindfulness
