not to beat around the bush
my buddy's female cousin has a american bulldog...wait hear me out
she randomly asked me if i wanted to buy the pup from her and since i always wanted a bulldog i was more than excited
after bullshitting about the dog she asked for 300$ which isnt a bad deal since ive seen dogs of that bloodline go for over 1k easily
but then the messages turned into her liking me for a long time etc
long story short things are a stand still because she said " ill give you the dog if i can go spend the night with you" clearly confused i asked what she meant
her not beating around the bush said " dude i want you to f*** my brains out and you can have the dog"
for a moment i thought why not right? maybe i had on my lucky boxers? then things quickly turned into her wanting a relationship with me which i dont want
i mean being in a relationship with someone who is willing to trade a dog for sexual interactions? maybe she is trying to buy me?
the fucked up thing is me and her cousin are good friends good enough not to walk away from all this if things go sour with his cousin plus we work together
he confronted me about all this not about her trading the pup for a good time lol but apparently she told him she has been talking to me about being together he wasnt mad or anything but he said she is a bit bat shit crazy at times now if your own fam member calls you crazy well shit
now she keeps texting me like if were together good morning text messages all that jazz

what would yall do?

Save your money and buy a dog from somebody else, if you then fancy a try with the cousin do so but without the trade of the dog (she will take it off you, use it as leverage if things are not going her way etc).

You have said yourself, you want a dog not a relationship. IF this woman had really been attracted to you for this long, really wanted to hook up, she would have simply asked or hinted.

i dont even want the dog anymore at this point lol all this caught me off guard it really did escalate rather quickly
overall strange exp which will be a good story over a few beers with other buds
i texted her saying i wish to terminate any type of communication....bit not worried but on guard because all she replied with was "ok"

Though you've already made the right move it would seem lol. Definitely not worth it....there's a chance things would be sweet, but my god is that chance bloody small hahaha
 
If she didnt seem so... unstable it doesnt seem like that bad of a deal. I mean, she was already giving you a deal on the dog, maybe bartering for sex is just her thing
 
Don't do it. She'll hold it against you, and your friend will find out and not like it.

If you want the dog just buy it from her, or someone else.
