Opioids Should I chill out on the opioids if I'm suffering from infectious mononucleosis?

I thought I was having a really bad comedown from some Focalin, but when it kept on for two days, I decided to go to the doctor. He tested for mononucleosis (or just mono), and it came up positive. So my question is, should I be a little more careful around all the opiates/opioids, or is it fine.

Also, I'm kind of a n00b here (duh, I'm obviously a n00b for saying that I'm a n00b), so should I say opiates, opioids, or opiates/opioids for talking about that general category?

drink green tea. eat plenty of garlic.. u can consume morphine or oxy's . u will be allright.... u didnt say any about do he gave u any midication for this sick fu** illness`???

Sadly he didn't give me anything other than a recommendation for ibuprofen.

This green tea is FIRE...I like it hot, in a cup, with about 1oz of sugar..

Idk bout you but if I had Mono, I would find it IMPOSSIBLE to NOT USE opiates...I mean they are for pain, MOno sounds painful....

When I get sick is when my opiate consumption kicks into super overdrive...I will consume a week's stash in 2 days!


I assume your not tolerant yet, so lay off em till you really need em, LIKE WHEN YA GOT THE MONO!!
