as long as you keep this type of thing very very very occasional youll be fine imo as long as you keep hydrated and eat healthy inbetween the rolls also exercise the week inbetween. the 2nd roll also of course maybe diminshed but you never know you could possibly roll just as hard as you did the week before just by having the different set and setting and all that its unlikely but you still never know. also go ahead and be ready to be burnt out afterwards 2 solid rolls in 1 week will leave you feeling pretty drained, since you have only rolled once in the past 7 months is why i think you could do this and not have to really worry about over doing yourself and also i think youd roll pretty nicely the 2nd time still. your brain will be fine imo you just will be drained and ready to take a break probably also the depression might be a little worse than what your use to since your rolling twice.
i dont recommend rolling twice in 1 week but if you have to and have events to go to its understandable just dont make a cycle out of it thats where mdma becomes a problem mulitple sessions in not much time.
also instead of doing 3 and 3 you could do 2 the 1st event and then 4 the 2nd event but its up to what you want you really want to do.
