Shooting opana er

So...I'm very new to this sit and I'm reading all these things on shooting opana er's. Now just this morning I did this with my method which was only do 1/3 of a 20mg and add lots of water(200-300 units of water) I ended up with this very jelly solution after. I tied off found a vein and bam. But after about an hour I started getting very ill: body aches,nautious,woozy,very weak feeling, just all around horrible feeling. So my first thought was cotton fever, right? Well I tried it again this afternoon new cotton, everything sterile and the same thing(I still wasn't really over my first shot) and what I came up with was the binders/filler which is silica makes you sick when it enters your veins and circulatory system. I WOULD NOT SHOOT THIS PILL AGAIN, AND I ADVISE AGAINST ANYONE DOING IT. I'm not sure about the isopropyl or everclear method I haven't tried it so I can't say or put my two cents in. But the one thing I can say is don't do the water, heating method. I got very ill and can't imagine the long term effects if the silica in your circulatory system. I would strongly advise against. I was thinking about trying the alcohol extraction method but am so scared to get the fever/flu symptoms again. I will update if I do try the alcohol method.........................................................I have done the opana irs and all that is, is heating water, pouring the pill in, filtering, finding a vein, AMAZINGNESS! Not so much with the ers. Just advice from my own personal experience if I save one person from that horrible sickness feeling ill be happy. I wouldn't want anyone to go through that. And don't try to tell me it was cotton fever or anything I know how to rid of cotton fever and know the symptoms, it was close to cotton fever symptoms but it was not that because I had a buddy doing this with me both times and same thing with her. I would stick to snorting the ers and ii know its hard when your an intravenous user but a lot better than actually getting sick-er from injecting your medicine. Take my word for it. Will update if I ever try the alcohol extraction method....

It's always best not to heat pills up when prepping them. And the 'cotton fever' symptoms you had are likely just gonna be an immune response to foreign particles.
Always best to avoid IVing, especially pills, so good choice you made

I'm sorry you had a nasty experience, and thank you for sharing it.

Definitely don't heat pills as nAON said - the oxymorphone will be readily soluble in cold water, heating only increases the amount of other crap that dissolves too, which you really don't want in your veins.. and it doesn't sterilise the pill or do anything useful really..

Secondly, please, always use a micron filter when shooting pills to remove all the filler/binders and prevent yourself from getting lung disease (talcosis)..

And definitely don't shoot anything that is "jelly-like"! Sorry you got sick..
