I recently had the chance to try morphine. Skenan 100mg and 200mg capsules with powder-filled beads inside. I was told to crush the beads and mix the powder with already warm water, mix and filter. I found upon cooling some wax would form so I decided a better prep (without micron-filters) would be to filter twice, once after cooling.

I figured adding warm water originally was to increase morphine's poor solubility. A 200mg shot was nice, but I had to use 3.5mls water and a 5ml rig. This is incredibly awkward and I imagine I ended up doing some vein damage.

Is there any way to increase the 60mg/ml concentration? Ph adjustment?

Obviously I need to lower my tolerance over the next few weeks and I have subutex for this. When I get my tolerance down a bit I was thinking of cooking up a normal 200mg bag of heroin base in 2ml of water and using that to dissolve 100mg of morphine. That should be nice and should work solubility-wise?
 
I always have had to shoot morphine using a 5-10mL syringe, being extremely fucking careful, 0.2um micron filtration as the final sterile filter, as there is no "better prep" without micron filters, letting the solution soak 24h at least before beginning the process of filtration with a 50um filter, then 5um, then 1um, 0.45, 0.2um and that's the only way I ever would put morphine ER into a vein. pH slightly alkaline, (~8.5)

Honestly the work involved to be doing gram-shots etc of morphine (which was my DOC for many years) is not worth the effort to be able to achieve desired results AND stay alive. That's why I switched to rectal ROA, which believe it or not, has given me experiences that blow IVing it away 100x over, and for 100x longer.
 
I only have 200mg & 50mg morphine left. I know I should invest in micron filters and will do if I buy any more morphine. But if I do buy any more I will not shoot it as is, I will turn it into heroin or 6MAM or something similar. I will not use a 5ml rig for IV anymore. It is just too awkward and vein damage seems to be unavoidable for me.

I am to take 2 days off opiates before I start my 4mg sub regime. I think tonight I will shoot 100mg street heroin base/100mg morphine/200mg street cocaine in 2mls H2O. I should have enough for 2 of these shots. Tomorrow morning I will shoot 2 x 40mg methadone capsules using an alcohol extraction to beat the gelling agents. I wish I had some cyclizine or DPH even to go along with this.

I realise this goes against HR but I am sure my tolerance can handle it. As far as not micron filtering goes I do not plan to make a habit of it and this will be my last "hurrah" for some time.

Does my intended combination sound like it will fit into 2mls water ok? I have 2,5ml rigs which are far easier to use than their 5ml counterparts.
 
Also has anyone noticed potentiation using the anti-histamine chlorphenamine with their opiate shots?
 
Chlorphenamine is known to be a opiate/oid potentiator and has a reuptake inhibiting effect on serotonin and norepineprine.
So, if your using large doses you may notice some anti-depressant after-glow from it.
However, in large doses anti-cholinergic side effects will start to appear.
 
So it would be worth adding 4 or 8mg to my shot to combat the histamine release of morphine and increase sedation? Will the serotonin and nor-epinephrine reuptake inhibiting effect have any negative interaction with the cocaine?

Or should I just leave this antihistamine out of my cocktail? Afterall the histamine release from heroin is barely noticeable and 100mg morphine is not enough to give and uncomfortable flash.
 
If your tolerance is good enough that the morphine side effects wont bother you, then id leave the chlorphenamine out. Simply because one less drug is one less risk factor.
I doubt it would have any noticable effect on the coke as cocaine is mainly a dopamine/norepinephrine RI and its effects on these neurotransmitters will mediate much of the experience.
I suppose chlorphenamines sedative effects could dull the coke stimulation effects but all the morphine and heroin will do that anyway!lol.
