Shooting Cottons

cottons..oh man does that bring back memories...
I used to those when we were out of stuff and jonesing..cottons are such a tease especially if the stuff you did the night before was really good..

peeps recommending others not shoot cottons no matter what...hehe, thats kinda funny..

man, i remember waking up, not really waking as i hadnt slept at all the following night..just a bombardment of VALIUM kept me from losing my noodles...N E WAYz, i would shoot up a few cottons worth, and i would just PRAY that it would be worth it..it usually turned out to not help much at all, BUT if slamming cotton would untighten my stomach and let me relax somewhat for 15 minutes, then i consider it a success..

ive had COTTON FEVER before, and it wasnt too fun..for me, it lasted maybe a half hour or hour tops, never lasted half a day like some people claimed that theirs did..the symptoms i got were a chattering of teeth, my whole body would shake like crazy, i would have heat turned up, blankets, the whole works, yet i would still lay there and shake like crazy..usually there would be a fever/headache present as well..

Wow. So I guess it's just me and the freaks of nature I grew up with that eat them immediately? Or maybe I'm remembering wrong and it's really just me. . ?

Its hard for me to imagine anyone that desperate, but i cant really relate because ive never been addicted to anything.

i've never shot heroin, or anything for that matter, so i'm not exactly sure what peeps here mean by 'cottons'... i assume you're talking about cotton balls, like the ones that come stuffed in bottles of pills after you open em.

when you buy a sack of heroin, does it come stuffed with cotton too? is that just how they package it for sale on the street, with cotton stuffed in the sack?

People use cotton balls as filters when sucking up herion into a syringe. When you're addicted, I suppose you dont have $2 for a micron filter.

I've done this like 3 times and 2 times I got cotton fever, the other time I didn't get high. I'd rather be dope sick than have cotton fever and be dope sick.

I've done it for coke and heroin...I've been lucky to not get cotton fever..8( 8(

Cotton fever is the worst thing ever. Theres nothing u can do to make it stop, not even more dope when u finally do get somthing. I had it only 3 times and do cotton shots all the time out of wishful thinking, but I got to say that sometimes they do work, only for a half hour or so. But I guess anything will do if your in that desperate mode.
