Shit hit the fan, where did all my gurner remedies go?

Well it appeared my gurner remedies disapeard on Friday night becuase my cheek is swollen and hurting like fucking, is there any fix to this

I have set about it like a Sunday dinner, if i remember correctly after the event finished i was spitting blood for a few hours haha
