Shipping meds from overseas to the US...?

I know of someone who I really do not like and know he has medication, which I believe is clonazepam being shipped from overseas and I actually ended up finding the tracking number, does anyone know if I went ahead and told the USPS Inspector office about this package coming into the states that he would be criminally charged? I do NOT want him to be charged, I just want him to be pissed and his has meds seized. Thanks.
 
Wow that's an awful thing to do to someone. Why not try to move on and try not to let this person affect you - you get to choose whether or not you allow them to, and holding grudges and getting revenge are not healthy for you.
