Opioids Shelf-Life of OxyMorphone (OPANA ER)? *original* Formulation & IR

Does anyone happen to know how well pharmaceutical opiates, (in this case OxyMorphone) tend to "hold up" over time? Not months, talking years. If kept in a suitable environment, how much degradation would take place & how quickly? I know from personal experience in the past, that some good dope can hold its potency for 1yr. I assume that a pharmaceutical pill would not degrade 'much', but these would be OVER 2 years old. The "ORIGINAL formulation of OPANA ER" (octagon name brand). Anyone know if these are still gonna be worth a damn? Any info. is greatly appreciated. How long (approx.) can oxymorphone stay stable (or be stored?). I

If its stored well in a dark cool place, it will hold potency for years.

If 2.5-5 mg has you good even throwing up for nasal use it's not degraded. Be careful those fuckers are potent at first although tolerance builds fast.

That much wouldn't have me throwing up (HIGH tolerance), & I actually know oxymorphone well. Just not 'aged' oxymorphone. Good warnings though; tolerance definitely goes thru the roof.
