Bluelighter
This is not about a real death, or wanting to die. It is about a feeling. A feeling of wholeness. Not in a deathly manner, just a way of wording to be brought into happiness... Pushing something aside and waiting for your time...
Lonely and tearful, she stands by her grave
Waiting for something to take her away
Time no longer a factor of anything
But the time the tears began to fall created a pool
Only with the eyes of living could it really be seen
Appearing like a puddle below the slab
It was not for her to see
The sky's mixture of blues are the same color of her soul
She sings high notes of sadness over the sweet breeze
The notes carried to the ear of someone in need
Grass blowing over the rock with that name carved in it
She pulls it so it can be seen
Who cares, nobody was there in life, why now in a death?
Just a lingering soul now she wanders
But never gets far
Her grave rests behind her
She waits for her day of piece
For her soul to join the rest ahead of her
She dreams of the day when she closes her eyes,
And she lays down beneath to rise whole again in another world
A place she belongs
She knows there is someone waiting for her there
A friend of years passed
They left at the same time
Fallen and crying, drowned in there lives
A hug awaits and no longer can she wait
It is time
Sweet dreams beloved, I shall see you in time
Lonely and tearful, she stands by her grave
Waiting for something to take her away
Time no longer a factor of anything
But the time the tears began to fall created a pool
Only with the eyes of living could it really be seen
Appearing like a puddle below the slab
