Begin to shake after/while smoking...

Hi everyone, so here's the story. I'm with my GF for one years now, before we met, she was a light pot user ( never take anything than weed, no e, no speed, no shit like that ), smokin maybe one or two time/month...now i'm with her and she doesn't smoke at all...but this is not the problem, sometimes ( especially after a couple of drinks ;) ) she want to take some tokes of my joint ( i'm an heavy pot user, smokin 7 days a week, 16hours a day ( i take the 8 hours left to sleep =) anyway...) so she take a couple of *puffs* from the joint and maybe 2/3m later she begin to shake, like she's cold...and it's happen every time she smoke...so she doesn't smoke a lot you can guess, because this feeling is annoying...so i wonder if anyone came across this when he/she smoke, do you know what can cause this ? what she can do ? She don't need to smoke or want to be able to, we were just wondering what can cause this ? Thanks for your help. ( Sorry for bad english ).

In the past when I've smoked... depending on how much I smoked and what kind I smoked.. I would get a high "twich" where either my hand wouldn't stop moving... or my leg.. but not my entire body... just a twich that was funny and great to laugh at

Never saw anything with the whole body

its probs jsut a thing that happenes with her.

i shake and twich no matter what ive taken. but when i do take codeine and valium and shit i shake a hell of alot.
it just happenes.

but always moniter her cause you never know it could be something else.

Duh it's from an adrenaline rush, which is caused by panicking/panick attacks from the weed. She's just panicking over nothing, or something, gets an adrenaline rush and if you don't use your adrenaline it'll make you shiver non-stop.

Thats what i was tryin to say lol.

Nope happens to me if im cold and high, makes me want to wrap up warm so im not shaking like crazy when i go out.

Thx for the answers guys ! But i don't think it's because she's scare of something, 'cuz before..when she used to smoke one or two time a month she doesn't get the shakes..it begun with me..maybe she's scare to smoke with me ? maybe she's scare 'cuz she doesn't know the stuff i get ? maybe the weed i smoke is too heavy for her ?...it can be the adrenaline...anyway thx for trying to help, as i said before weed is not so important in her life so she'll just don't smoke.

happened to me recently. body starts shaking uncontrollably to produce heat. a good way to heat up fast is crank the faucet to as hot as you can bear then put the underside of your wrist up against the stream to expose your blood and the heart will beat the warmth all around :) feels pretty sweet when high

She doesn't got any cold or warm feelings...just this annoying shake feeling. It's seems to be more located in her legs...strange...

I get that on occasion. Usually when I'm pretty high. It happened a lot when I first started smoking, and now it just seems to happen every once in a while. Not sure why.

Maybe that's just an effect that weed has on certain people. And yea the shaking is usually more so in my legs.

used to happen to me when it was cold.. I think when you are new to weed, you still haven't grasped that your nervous system becomes over sensitive when your stoned.

I imagine its still pretty cold in the states.. stay indoors next time u smoke.

I miss that twitchy feeling!

Every time it happen we were indoor. I think it can be related with what you said about nervous system.

I know what you're talking about. I'm pretty much like her and the same thing has happened to me.

I was lying down and I realized my whole body was just trembling and I couldn't stop it. It felt like I was really shaking a lot but my friend said it was only a little. I was really high though, and had barely any tolerance.

I know I wasn't cold at all, infact I felt warm. I wasn't scared, I felt safe with said friend and the enviroment. It wasn't a twitch, it was pretty constant.

I just wouldn't worry about it too much. It probably is adrenaline.

Was just about to say, this happens to me a lot when I'm with my boyfriend as well because I start to panic over nothing and get nervous shakes, not sure why.

She have read what you said and this is exactly how she feel when it happen. So it can be adrenaline...do you know if it can be dangerous or something bad for the body ? Does this mean it can be a problem with the thing who release adrenaline in the body ?

Happened to me once real bad in the middle of a BIG session, kept smoking and it went away. Noticed more trouble holding shit steady becase of my hand trembling slightly when stoned often. I'm sure weed lowers body temp, maybe got something to do with that? Maybe something else.
