Share your pre-roll 'rituals'? Spacing out rolls?

Only rolled 4 times before, and I've been steadily learning what to do and what not to do, but I'm still in the dark about allot of things. I only use the word 'rituals' for lack of a better term.

The night before I'm planning on loading up on 2 5-htp capsules, since I've read that taking them the day of will only dull the experience. The morning of I'm planning on eating a low protein meal and snacking on sugary carbohydrate heavy foods up until 4 hours prior to dose. I'm debating whether I should load up on vitamin-c tablets in the morning. I don't believe vitamin-c will do anything to increase the roll, but I'm going to a big event and I don't want to get sick from anyone or anything. 10 minutes prior to first dose I plan on eating 2 tums to neutralize stomach acid, taking 1 ginger extract capsule for the nausea, and then taking some hits off a joint to ease the nerves while the roll is kicking in. When I take the roll, I was told to do so with as little water as possible, since a drug's concentration in the blood will depend on it's rate of absorption vs. rate of elimination from the body, and diluting it in water will only cause the roll to be absorbed slower. At least, that's what I've been told. Then Plan on waiting for the roll to kick in before I start hydrating. Planning on taking sips of water and some kind of sports drink to keep my mineralz n' shit in check. Then, the next week just load up on 5-htp tablets to help with depression.

I'll have 3 pills for this event, and I'm not sure if I should take one first, take the other later, and take the last one when I'm downing, or take two first and one later, or just take all 3 at once and come down when the event ends.

I'm just looking for advice, and it would be nice to hear what all of you do before you roll, what you would change with my regiment, etc.
 
First thing i do, is make sure i have decent mdma. Decent , tested strong mdma.

Second thing i do is weigh out 100mg. I put that in a capsule. Prior to this however, i live on this 'e-diet' i put together with the help of others (severely etarded is the one who helped me realise that carbs are required for the serotonin production to occur properly)

Now i only wait 60 days, no less. So i waited 63 days last time, and let me tell you. After the first time of waiting above 60 days, i don't think i could wait any less! That was one of my best and most euphoric experiences from mdma ever.

Don't take 5-htp. Take L-Tryptophan instead, as the body is less likely to recognise it as toxic, and beside, as you can see from that list of foods, there are many foods out there that are high in L-Tryptophan.

Anyway back to my nights out:

22:00 Head out for rave
23:00 Get in rave, cheeky few bumps of K
00:00 - 01:00 take my 100mg capsule of mdma
01:00 - 04.00 Enjoy the effects of the mdma to the fullest! can not stop smiling heh
04:00 Do more K, it softens the 'coming off' mdma
05:00 Keep getting wonky
06:00 Leave the venue like a crab, walking sideways and all over the place (na not really just once that happened, the event was meant to last till 7am and id just visited the loo but they threw us out at 6am haha

Take Vitamin C, MSM, Drink green tea (L-Theanine). The vit C + Green tea helps the whole experience feel even less neurotoxic. Then i go home and hit the vape and enjoy the dreamiest high i can achieve with weed. Close my eyes listening to some Acid trance mixes

:) And i can even see strong Closed Eye Visuals, like beaches, and scenary and hills, especially if the sun is shining through my window a lot while im laying on the bed haha



Vitamin C is not for increasing the 'roll' but, for decreasing neurotoxicity which i think is a great purpose. It's good news to know that you can turn the harmful effects down a little.


The key with mdma is to rarely do it, and when you do it then you don't need big doses, and it is a lot less harsh on the body that way, and overall i believe its much much more enjoyable.

Strangely enough, the day after I had rolled pretty good, I got some nice closed eye an even some regular visuals after taking some good bong rips.

A friend told me that vitamin c increases stomach acidity which would "destroy," but not in a literal sense, the roll.
 
I actually don't take Vitamin C on the day of taking mdma tbh. It's optional.

If your going for a big dose of mdma, then please do !
But i only take 100mg so i dont consider that to be a very neurotoxic dose.

and what can i say, I <3 Mdma :)
