Bluelighter
Lain 'neath the blankets
My skin still feels so cold.
I await your limber touch.
Removed from my memory
Are the lonley times of old,
God I love you so much.
Blindman;
Your fingertips find shadows on my skin,
As darkness falls
And your windows open.
Adjusting to the light you make out the etching lines of me.
Remaining silent
Lips move to meet,
I feel your breath run through my veins
& its warmth begins my melting.
Leaning naked with heads abreast
We become blind once more to sleep,
& your face is burnt on my eyelids,
My treasure forever to keep.
Two a.m. I wake, still holding you.
I watch as the silver light
Plays upon your skin.
I have more comfort than a chilhood memory
When your arms I am within.
Three heartbeats to every breath,
This is how you sleep.
So precious. My darling.
My love for you so deep.
