Ever have em?
A few days ago, I drank a cup of coffee, and downed 3 scoops of Xpand2.
I went to the gym, got a badass pump and mindfuck. Went to the locker room in front of the mirror
"oh yeah, like a boss"

Today: Cup of coffee, 3 scoops of Xpand.

Fucking music won't come up on my phone.
Zero pump. Absolutely no mind muscle connection.
Somebody stupid is in my way on the good machine.

I got up and left. Anybody else have shit workouts sometime and they just can't figure out the reason for it?
 
I always have good workouts and feel great unless :
1) I have diarhea or something which makes me fart on every rep on legs day lol
2) I didn't sleep enough
3) I'm not sober.
4) I'm in a very bad mood.
Other than yet, I usually love working out, it's the only natural thing that makes me feel that good.
It's a nice gym with friendly people, we can share machines etc and I don't go when it's too busy so I almost never miss a workout.

It's likely irritability from the pre-workout drugs (Xpand). I know those can have very unpredictable effects on me and friends.

That sounds about right.

I believe today's was the result of drinking last night. I'm going to temporarily quit drinking. However, I've had poor workouts in the past for seemingly no reason.
 
I like xpand.

If I had injectable dbol, I might consider running it with test susp.
either way. Shit workouts happen.
 
Today was a leg day. I come to the gym anx all leg equipment is taken up by people using a 45 on each side.
today just became a back day.
