Sex on xanax?

Not for me, but benzodiazepines during sex is not good. It's only ever lead me to promiscuous, unsafe sex, and some very very close encounters.
I would say, skip the xanax bro, it's a horrible thing to get used to taking it in situations that are supposed to be pleasurable like sex.

^Yes, cannabis is a much better option and enhances sex and increases my sex drive and libido. I often smoke before, during, and after sex.

Xanax will probably cause delayed ejaculation, but not ED issues. No tolerance might change this.

I've never had benzodiazepines cause me any trouble with cumming, delayed or early, or with any ED issues.
Even at doses that most people here have never taken, sex on benzodiazepines (from what I've been told and the pieces I remember) was unaffected besides in the ways I mentioned earlier (promiscuity and unsafe sex)

When I was single, I definitely relied on alcohol to help with my anxiety when hooking up with a chick. Only problem is I would get so shitty that i'd have ED issues, or simply would not be able to cum; so I get where you are coming from here. Since you said you have 'no tolerance', how about just taking a reasonable dose, like .5 to help take the edge off. I assume if this is someone you plan on staying with longer than 1 night, things will loosen up. I definitely wouldn't get in the habit of popping a xanax before every time you have sex.. If the anxiety is THAT bad, just take minimal dose to take the edge off, and limit your intake.

Have more faith in yourself, put yourself out there, use safe sex and don't use drugs as a bandaid-for-a-bullet-wound like you have been. They are prescribed for DEBILITATING anxiety, not stuff like performance anxiety usually, my psychiatrist has told me that this would constitute abuse of the medication, taking them in common situations such as sex is not healthy as it retrains your brains reward pathways and it's just a HORRIBLE addiction to fuck with.

This is such solid advise on every level....
At least booze teaches you to respect it the next day. Benzos not only dull life in general but will teach you to respect them only after it's too late....

Alcohol puts you in your place pretty rapidly.
Benzodiazepines are more of a silent/quiet killer, like smoking cancer sticks. Y'all think that all is doing well and things are good because you don't feel the immediate health consequences of smoking cancer.
But with benzodiazepines, you realize one day just how long you've been taking them and how fucked you are. There's no immediate hangover, it's a serious class of drugs capable of SEVERE addiction with a PLETHORA of side and paradoxical effects. So you don't usually see the damage until it's much too late.

I've taken taken Xanax twice. Knocked me out both times. No euphoria whatsoever. Does it get better if I keep taking it? I don't want to drink when I go out so I thought I'd pop a few bars.

I don't know, I am with you on not getting the xanax high. IF I get a nasty bout of anxiety, it calms me right down (.5mg max), but 0 'high' feeling. If I take it without anxiety, its nighty nite for me EVERY time, almost no matter the dose (even .25). I think some people who are wound up pretty damn tight just like the relaxation it brings. When I get 'high' I prefer drugs that give me energy and make me more personable, not shit that makes me wanna lay there in a puddle of drool lol.

Honestly I've only done it a few times but I've heard both from people who do use it regularly. I don't find it pleasant (its nice as AN OCCASIONAL sleep-aid) but honestly I'd say don't bother, they are HIGHLY addictive and its not worth (IMHO) to risk it by continuing taking them IN HOPES you'll get euphoric effects from them. If your just looking 2 get high just smoke some weed man, bout as safe as you can get. Just my advice/experiences. Hope it helps :D

^I wouldn't say that at all. One of the most euphoric drug-induced experiences I've had was after taking a handful of clonazepam and playing Zelda the Minish Cap while laying on my bed. It certainly felt better than any opiod I've tried, though not nearly as exhilarating as a tryptamine-trip. In other words, there are some that achieve euphoria from abusing benzodiazepines. However, in general, benzodiazepines, and gabaergics to be nonspecific, are a class of drug to avoid heavy abuse of, as they can be incredibly unforgiving, to such an extent as causing what could be akin to brain damage. Yet, such excessive drawbacks come with long-term daily use (which in the U.S., is an anti-anxiety regimen when coupled with an SSRI), which isn't always typified in a short benzo binge. So, I would say that there is no point in daily use, or any form of regular use, aside from once-weekly.
With respect to sexuality, I have found that paxil, or any other SSRI to have a far greater negative effect on sexual arousal and performance, than any benzodiazepine.

Thats one major factor to why I don't and will not take anti-depressants.
I've never experienced actual euphoria from benzodiazpines and I've taken them exhaustively. If anything, I feel relief which is the whole point anyways, but certainly no euphoria.

Not that long ago I was the Xanax queen I loved it... I'm an insomniac so I slept like a baby but I got messy during the days lost my mind n memory really so I pulled up... Old mate had been prescribed 2mg for 8 years NOT GOOD I've watch old mate go thru the worst withdrawals for a year so far

just last week, got prescribed xanax. half a mg twice daily, i'm using the dose i'm supposed to and not using as much as the OP, but here's my two cents.
i can get it up just as easily, maybe even more easily, with xanax than without it. again, i'm only taking a clinical dose and not a ton of it, but i used to get nervous around girls and lose my stiffy after a few minutes, that's not happening now with the xanax. also, i think it takes me longer to cum but i'm not sitting there with a stopwatch trying it out, either way, i think i came harder and felt more rewarded having sex on xanax. i've never had any sexual experiences on any other benzos, so i don't know if this is specifically for alprazolam or for every benzodiazipene, but i can get up and go with this stuff. i recommend using a CLINICAL dose and none more.

Oh wow I can't even imagine wanting to have sex on xanax, I mean it just makes you all mushy and zombie-like. I can't get any sort of sexual pleasure if I'm on benzos, much less get anywhere near an orgasm. It's even worse than opiates for that.
