Opioids Sevredol

Note: For anyone viewing this topic who is unaware, Sevredol is Instant-Release Morphine.
Oral isn't the best ROA for Morphine - although it has a lower bioavailability, the effects of snorting are noticeably stronger due to the quicker time to hit peak plasma concentration, and plugging has both better bioavailability and quicker onset time. I find if I would normally take 40mg oral I can get away with 25-30mg snorted, or 15-20mg plugged.
"Low(ish)" isn't a very specific term when it comes to opioid tolerance which can range from 0 to needing 100x the dose you needed when you first tried opioids (or more). It'd help if you could specify some other opioid you've used recently and what a good dosage for you is, then someone can convert that into an oral Morphine dosage for you.
That said if 30mg didn't do much, I'd try 50mg - wait 15-20 minutes after dosing and if it feels weak, add another 20mg.

The only other opiod ive had recently would be 50mgs codeine phosphate which also didnt really do anything,i also had a little smoke of herion about 3-4 weeks ago (the only time i have ever done it).

Like JG said I would say don't go above 60 or 70 mgs. Also, if you have a fairly low tolerance I would not mess around with mixing valium and morphine. Wait until you have a tolerance to opiates before mixing them with benzos and even then you have to be careful.

^ This. I'm a fan of opiates + benzos but at lower tolerances they aren't worth combining really, often the benzo actually overpowers the opiate feel and takes away from the high if your tolerance to both is low. If you do decide to combine them then just remember that they potentiate each other so if you normally find 60mg oral Morphine to be a good dose, you should use less if you're going to add a 10mg Diazepam (Valium), like 40mg or so.
Plugging is pretty easy, I used to be worried I'd do it wrong somehow when I read up about it too but it's pretty easy, just need an oral syringe, don't even really need to get it in just push the solution in and lay on your side for 10-20 minutes, a lot of people don't even need to lay down afterwards.
Codeine is about 7-10x weaker than Morphine, so 50mg is only like 5-7mg Morphine, it's no surprise it didn't really do anything. 150mg Codeine is a good starter dose to go for if 50mg did nothing (though for anyone else reading the thread who's never tried Codeine, it *is* good to try 50mg first, since some people are hypersensitive).

I get these but have found the 10mls to be pritty much useless. If your talking oral use then you will need around half a strip of tablets per dose aka 7 tablets or 70mg. The 10mls are only any good for non tollerant people ive found. They do make 20mls and 50mls but are much harder to come by. Sevredol is technically the tablet version of oramorph but i think they take a bit longer to work than oramorph liquid 10mg in 5ml but do last a fraction longer than oramorph. Im pritty sure these tablets have wax in them all be it a small amount (And no i dont mean the coloured coating either its in the tablets) I think their pritty unsuitable for prepping for IV use due to the fact each 10mg tablet weighs a whopping 250mg or more.
