Severe anxiety. Need alternative to booze. Help.

I just recently started taking kava regularly. It is a little pricey to get the instant powder but it is effective for anxiety. Also, hydroxyzine might be an antihistamine, but it works better than ppl give it credit for. For the physical symptoms of anxiety, Baclofen works wonders for me. Gabapentin definitely helps but honestly tolerance builds quick, I've never tried pregabalin though.
