Seroquel works as an antipsychotic at doses over ~100mg (although it could be over 200mg according to another BL'er), working to antagonize multiple dopamine receptors, and since dopamine antagonists pretty much block the positive, reinforcing aspects (dopamine rush) of recreational drugs most commonly taken at festivals (MDMA in high doses, amphetamines, LSD, mushrooms, opiates/heroin, cocaine, and even caffeine/nicotine), it is pointless to take an antipsychotic
with a dopamine releasing agent/DRI. A lot of those drugs release 5-HT as well, but that's beside the point.
Since you said you take it as a sleep aid/anxiolytic, I'm suspecting you take approximately 25-50mg, as Seroquel turns into a
powerful anticholinergic at doses under 100mg, in a dose dependent manner (sedative activity is directly proportional to dose until ~100mg), then I think you will be fine at doses under 50mg IR (preferably 12.5-25mg to reduce hangover, IMO). Having said that, as a powerful H1 antagonist, it will induce tachycardia at a time when you might already be hypertensive and tachycardic from taking rec. drugs, so it could be very dangerous for your heart. If you want my honest opinion, if you are using Seroquel as an anticholinergic sedative (<100mg), then just replace it with 12.5-25mg Doxlamine Succinate (blue Unisom
sleep tablets, check the active ingredient), as it has far less side effects when compared to <100mg Seroquel. I've been prescribed Seroquel for sleep at a 25-50mg dose, and I've never taken it due to side effects; I prefer doxylamine 12.5mg or even mirtazapine 3.75mg.
As far as the partying drugs you
can take and still get a full benefit while on a dopamine antagonist dosage of Seroquel (Quetiapine) (>100mg), I can only see Ketamine working fully, but be very careful as K is a CNS depressant, as is Seroquel, so they can synergize in a dangerous manner. Also, keep in mind that Quetiapine's active metabolite, norquetiapine, is an NRI, which will lead to even more tachycardia and hypertension, so replace it with doxylamine would be my opinion,
unless you are on an antipsychotic dosage of Seroquel.
Good luck, stay safe, and have fun
