I felt great yesterday - my first day without any caffeine. Today, I don't feel as great. I feel a little woozey, but not as woozey as when I drink caffeine. The more that I read about the artificial sweeteners in diet soda, even the non-caffeinated sodas, I don't like it. There is some pretty potent stuff in diet sodas. My next step is to get away from soda totally. This is weird, but I kind of feel hungrier without the caffeine in my system. I have heard that caffeine can stifle your appetite, so I'm not surprised. I'm also tired, but I read that that comes with getting off of caffeine, too.
