semen coming out while going to the bathroom?

I've had this happen a few times now, I've gone to the bathroom not to piss and then I'll notice that some semen or cum has been somehow leaked out of my penis.

It does not hurt and I have been masturbating and having sex regularly as frequently as yesterday so it's not built up or anything.

Why does this happen? Does it happen to anyone else?

In retrograde ejaculation semen goes into the bladder, but its usually so diluted by urine that it isn't noticeable. Have no idea what's up with an urge to go and discharging semen.

Well I can say I've had the same problem, I found that if I have been taking to many cold & flu or/and sudafed tablets (pseudoephedrine) I would have semen like stuff come out.
Then there is the condition the Enki mentioned and with a quick Google search it seems quite common.
Still, as with everything and with something so important as your penis it may pay to see a doctor to be on the safe side.

Is it when you shit? I get that especially during a large bm. I think it's because it puts pressure on the ejaculatory duct.

there's nothing wrong with you, I think it's normal to happen time to time. as long as it's not in insane amounts. I don't think that you have an STD, or how that is even related to getting an STD

I've noticed after sex or masturbating, even a while after (several hours) I'll have a lil semen, i guess "pour" out before the urine kicks in. I guess that's somewhat like what your experiencing. Never noticed it happening without getting off at some point in the day, though.

I've had this happen, it only happens when I haven't ejaculated in a long time such as 5 days or a week.

It doesn't hurt and I don't have an STD.

I know that it happens to a friend of mine since he told me how it happens to him when he hasn't ejaculated for awhile.

Someone posted about it happening after taking pseudo-ephedrine that does not happen to me.

ha! this happened to me once or twice when I was deep into OCs. I remember making a vividly descriptive topic about what happened last summer.

IIRC most people just said it might be a side effect of the opiates and to ignore it unless it became a problematic thing. it did stop happening on its own, for the record.

It's not that unnormal. I've found if I use the bathroom after masturbating, there's usually still some semen left in the shaft which is forced out while urinating. Also if your trying to piss with a boner you could be seeing the natural lubricant that's produced.

If it doesn't hurt when you urinate and it's not like a yellowy puss discharge then it's probably not an STD

I asked this about an urologist on fertility clinic just because I saw this thread while ago and wanted to help OP out. He said that it is quite common even if you have been having frequent ejaculations normally and there is no correlation with drugs except opiates/opioids and some antidepressants in case that for many taking those are unable to ejaculate normally.

It often happens on morning when you go to take your first pee but is not limited to that and can basicly happen at anytime. But during days there should be some feeling of muscular movement happening between the area of your testicles and rectum in the same way as you have when you have an orgasm but you might not feel it if you are sitting for example.

It is nothing harmful. And the color of semen might be a bit yellowish or more gray than usual.

Only case you should be worried if you feel pain or long time tenseness on the are between your testicles and your rectum when this happens ar the area has spasm kind of feeling.
