I'm a European male around 20 years of age, spending time in London at the moment. I'm not much of a recreational drug user, but I have a rare, unidentified medical condition and I'm experimenting with amphetamine-like and psychedelic drugs to manipulate the aspects of my glutamate system, as I believe the disorder to be located there. I've never before been in touch with the street stuff so I'm kinda sucking at this, but so far my experiments with khat are showing that I'm on the right track. I'm not enthusiastic about explaining my condition here as it requires quite a lot of effort to explain everything I know about it, but in essence, pleasurable stimulus does not induce a pleasurable experience in me. I also appear to be non-responsive to opioids, which I believe to be the exact reason why I do not feel pleasure. The term describing this subjective experience is "consummatory anhedonia", i.e. inability to feel pleasure when presented with stimuli.
To diagnose my issue more precisely, I'm trying to obtain amphetamine-like stimulants with high dopamine release properties such as amphetamine, methamp, 4-methylamp, cathinone (found in khat), methcathinone etc. and basic psychedelics such as LSD, but also potent opioids like morphine and heroin to further examine my response to them.
