I have read a few conflicting reports on where selegeline will protect your from speed.

Some say that DARIs protect your dopamine neurons from speed, yet others say that DARIs make it worse cause the speed still gets in the neuron threw lipofusion and causes the dopamine to get out of the vesticles, but cannot get out through the reversed transporter due to the DARI, so the dopamine gets stick in there and gets broken down to cause massage damage.

Does selegeline cause increased damage to your dopamine neurons with speed, or protects your brain like it does with MDMA?

What in the hell is a DARI? Is it a DopAmine Reuptake Inhibitor? If so, then the answer is selegeline has nothing to do with reuptake inhibition, it is an irreversable MAO-B inhibitor at low doses, a non-selective MAO inhibitor at high doses and is partially metabolized to (R)-methamphetamine, which does virtually nothing of interest6, aside from release NA. Anyway, irreversible MAO-Is and amphetamines are contraindicated, so taking both is basically asking to go to the hospital with acute hypertensive crisis.

Actually, from low dosing expts, I've found that the main concern isn't hypertension, but hyperthermia (increased body temp). Because of the relationship between MDMA/temp and neurotoxicity, I'm inclined to say it's most probably a bad thing
